Director of Business Development

Are you a driven recruitment professional ready to take the next step? Do you have relationships in biotech and want a strong team around you capable of delivering the talent you've promised?  We have a key role open for a business developer, who will join the momentum as we become the most respected and recognized biotech recruitment firm for executive and consulting placement across key geographies.


What You’ll Do

  • Open and develop new client accounts in the life sciences and biotech sectors, focusing on direct hire placement.
  • Deepen relationships with existing clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to open new opportunities.
  • Coach and mentor recruiters to deliver exceptional results.


Who You Are

  • From a biotech or life sciences recruitment agency environment, bringing a strong track record in developing new accounts and managing key client relationships.
  • A self-starter who thrives on ownership and entrepreneurial challenges.
  • An excellent communicator with outstanding negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
  • Motivated by a role that combines hands-on execution with strategic influence.
