Director - Vice President Contract Staffing

Are you a driven recruitment professional ready to take the next step? We're offering a pivotal role with ownership and long-term upside. As the leader of Genepool Network's Contract & Consulting Placement team, you’ll be an influential leader, spearheading the growth of our contract staffing and consulting business.

What You’ll Do

• Open and develop new client accounts in the life sciences and biotech sectors, focusing on consulting and contract placements.
• Deepen relationships with existing clients, becoming their trusted advisor for consulting and contract staffing solutions.
• Own the financial performance of this practice - managing P&L, growth, and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape strategic direction.
• Coach and mentor junior recruiters to deliver exceptional results.

Who You Are

• From a biotech or life sciences recruitment agency environment, bringing a strong track record in developing new accounts and managing key client relationships.
• A self-starter who thrives on ownership and entrepreneurial challenges.
• An excellent communicator with outstanding negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• Motivated by a role that combines hands-on execution with strategic influence.
