What began as a targeted market-mapping initiative for a Technical Operations leadership search evolved into a multi-year strategic partnership with this highly efficient clinical-stage biotech company. Since then, Genepool has successfully recruited leaders across Quality, Project Leadership, Corporate Strategy, Clinical Development, Clinical Pharmacology, and Program Management. By developing a customized engagement model tailored to Climb Bio’s needs, we have helped drive search efficiency, strengthen hiring outcomes, and add leaders who positively contribute to the company’s culture and long-term growth.
Genepool was retained to recruit the inaugural Chief Medical Officer for PAQ Therapeutics, successfully leading an efficient and focused search process. Building on that partnership, we have expanded our work with the company to support key hires across Business Development, Quality Assurance, and Drug Product leadership. Throughout the engagement, Genepool has remained flexible and responsive as organizational priorities evolved, and we have greatly valued the transparent communication and collaborative partnership fostered by both the CEO and Board of Directors.
Following an extensive national mapping effort across the pain and epilepsy landscapes, Genepool successfully recruited the first Chief Medical Officer for Axonis Therapeutics. Our partnership has since expanded to include leadership hires in Biology, DMPK, and CMC, with additional strategic searches underway to support the company’s growing clinical pipeline. Beyond executive recruiting, we have partnered closely with Axonis on compensation strategy and organizational design, earning the trust of the leadership team as a long-term strategic talent advisor.
